No Guarantee of Recovery

While we work diligently on every case, we cannot guarantee that funds will be successfully recovered in every situation. Claims may be subject to legal limitations, filing deadlines, jurisdictional requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to recover funds on your behalf, you owe us nothing.

Contingency Basis

Our services are provided exclusively on a contingency basis. We advance all costs associated with research, documentation, legal filings, and professional fees. Our fee is only collected from the recovered amount if and when a successful recovery is made. You will never receive a bill from us.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared with our firm is held in strict confidence. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to any third party for any purpose outside of what is necessary to process your claim. All communication between you and our firm is private and secure.

Third-Party Professionals

Where legal filings, court proceedings, or government interactions are required, we engage qualified licensed third-party attorneys and professionals on your behalf. These costs are covered by us and reimbursed only from recovered funds upon success.

No Unsolicited Pressure

You are under no obligation to proceed simply because we have contacted you. We encourage you to take the time you need, ask questions, and consult with a trusted family member or advisor before making any decisions.
