Our Process & How It Works
We Find The Funds
We extensively audit the records of various governmental and other agencies. Our team digs deep into the archives of hidden and hard to find records, and more, to locate funds that belong to individuals, families and businesses.
These types of funds are not typically published, nor are they advertised. The largest majority of what we locate are placed and stored well beyond the public attention.
We Find The Owner
Once we’ve located the funds, great efforts are expended to locate the proper owner(s).
We then contact each individual to inform them of our findings. In addition we offer our recovery services.
Once hired, we arrange a brief meeting with a public notary to go over our agreement and any other specific documents pertaining to the funds that are being recovered.
Note: These matters are time sensitive and urgency is recommended. If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency that is holding them.
We Collect Funds & Return Them To The Owner
Our clients receive our full legal and professional services.
Our team goes to work alongside of our attorneys, researchers, notaries and field related specialists to work with the agency that is holding the money.
We track down associated parties and claims, file necessary documents, pay all legal and other expenses and build strategies to handle any and all legal situations that arise during the process.
